You probably have a few naked dolls standing around the house…how about making them a hand sewn "combination" with fine lace and fabric. This pattern fits most 18" dolls and is fairly simple to alter. Included in the kit is Swiss Batiste, French lace, Mother of Pearl buttons, and silk ribbon.
